Yoga Life Style owner Ray Greenberg has been practicing for nearly 40 years and teaching for the last ten. His Gardiner class is a traditional Hatha/Raja yoga class, including pranayama (breathwork) and deep relaxation exercises, as well as stretches for total health and well being. The focus is on going deep within and discovering your beautiful essence and reserves of peace and tranquility. Class meets Mondays at 6-7:30 PM. All levels of student are welcome.
